Building Small Business Success in the Military-Connected Community

National Veterans Small Business Week is happening from November 1st - 4th! This year, we're hosting a week of webcasts dedicated to supporting Veteran-owned and other military-connected businesses through Operation Entrepreneur. This week of webcasts will feature knowledge in social media marketing, government contracts, finance, and more.

Most importantly, we'd like to feature and celebrate the following small businesses in the military-connected community. Here are hints of advice from a few of them:

Mary Stange, Operating Director at Ponte Travels, will be joining us as a speaker this year. She is a U.S. Navy Veteran that has built a business offering unforgettable trips. As a travel company, Mary cites feeling the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Annette Washington is the owner of IYBS Local/AG Washington Web, with a mission to help small businesses accomplish growth through online marketing. Years ago, Annette launched her business when realizing the difficulty many small business owners encountered in marketing their business online.
