Carolina is the Vice President of External Affairs at Business Impact NW, leading the organization’s marketing, communications, development, and signature events strategy. She oversees efforts to strengthen the organization’s brand, reputation, and partnerships, to expand support for small business owners throughout the Pacific Northwest. Carolina is fluent in English and Spanish, holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Master of Finance, and brings more than 20 years of experience in marketing, finance, and strategic planning across various industries.
