Deciding what to charge for services is a balancing act. With Value- Based Pricing, service fees are based on your competitive advantage and brand (perceived value). The main goal is to better align fees/pricing with the value delivered. In this session, we will discuss how to price and package services to move the discussion away from price to the outcome.

Susan Perreault, D.B.A., M.B.A., is a the Director of the Washington Women’s Business Center at Business Impact NW. Prior to joining WWBC/BINW, Ms. Perreault earned a doctorate in business administration and spent much of her career as an entrepreneur and in senior management positions in the professional beauty industry. A motivation for pursuing a doctorate was to assist others to achieve their business and entrepreneurial aspirations.
