Join us for an exclusive networking and educational event designed to uplift and support women in business. In partnership with Northwest Nazarene University (NNU) and the Idaho Women’s Business Center (IWBC), this event will provide meaningful connections and valuable insights from an expert guest speaker.

Topic: Improving Conversational Capacity to Strength Accountability and Trust

Learning objectives:

  • Build greater conversational capacity to stay engaged, curious, and productive when topics are difficult or emotions are high.
  • Learn practical approaches for addressing conflict directly rather than avoiding the issue, gossiping, or creating side conversations.
  • Create healthier team norms for difficult conversations, including addressing concerns with the appropriate people and reducing “pairing off” and workplace drama.
  • Improve courageous communication that strengthens trust, accountability, and relationships rather than simply trying to win the conversation.

📅 Date: Thursday, October 22nd, 2026
Time: 8:30 am – 10:30 am MST
📍 Location: Northwest Nazarene University, Helstrom Building, Room 122, 804 E Dewey, Nampa, ID 83646
