If you are planning or thinking of working with someone, or even co-owning a business together, the structure of that relationship matters. In this one hour seminar, we will explore common ways people team up, including general and limited partnerships, joint ventures, community partnership agreements, MOUs, and contractor relationships. You will learn when to use each option, what protections to include, and how to set up a collaboration that supports both the work and the people involved.
