Paige Wiscombe – State Program Director Idaho Women’s Business Center, Business Impact NW
Paige Wiscombe is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business ownership, event and marketing management, and program coordination. As the former Project Coordinator at the Idaho APEX Accelerator and the Events and Marketing Director at Idaho Connect, she built organizational brands and successfully managed grants and large-scale events. Now serving as the State Director of the Idaho Women’s Business Center, Paige specializes in helping startups and small businesses with strategic planning, financials, and navigating business transactions, while also advocating for community building and inclusivity through her nonprofit work with organizations like the Culture for Change Foundation and Gr8ter. Paige is an Idaho native and holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Boise State University. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, staying active, and exploring outdoors with her family and two dogs.
Thea Jordan – Director of Business Development & Marketing, Frontier Resources
Thea Jordan joined Frontier in 2025 as Director of Business Development & Marketing, bringing expertise in SBA lending, marketing, and strategic partnerships. As a former SBA Lender Relations & Economic Development Specialist, and Program Director of the Idaho Women’s Business Center. She has spent over six years building collaborative ecosystems that connect businesses with the capital and resources they need to thrive.
Thea’s strength lies in her relationship-focused approach to business development. She excels at bridging connections between lenders, businesses, and economic development organizations, creating partnerships that drive growth across Idaho. Her ability to communicate complex SBA loan programs in accessible terms has made her a trusted advisor to entrepreneurs, bankers, and community stakeholders alike.
A native Idahoan passionate about keeping Idaho dollars in Idaho, Thea holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Administration with a minor in Marketing. She is committed to strengthening local economies through accessible capital and meaningful partnerships. When she’s not empowering businesses or fostering community collaboration, you’ll find her in her garden, volunteering at the Treasure Valley Barter Market, or exploring Idaho’s wilderness with her family.
