Kellen Ball

Kellen is Head of Banking at Confido Legal. He previously founded Canopy Ventures and worked in Compliance Experience & Policy at Remitly. Other prior roles included being co-leader of Open Innovation Exchange and head of product operations at Capital One Labs, along with other positions at Capital One focused on recruiting and operations analysis. He has expertise in data-driven problem-solving, compliance program development, product operations, innovation frameworks (Design Thinking, Google Sprints), cross-functional leadership, and building user-centered products within the financial technology sector. Kellen holds an Executive MBA from UVA Darden School of Business and a BS in Industrial Engineering from Penn State University.

Sean is the Vice President of Business Strategy and Delivery at BECU, leading strategic planning and collaboration across the organization. Previous roles at BECU include VP of Transformation and Director of Market Intelligence. Prior experience includes Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company, focusing on the financial services practice, where Sean led projects on agile operating models and risk organization transformation. Sean also co-founded Fenway Summer LLC, a consumer finance incubator/advisor, and served as a Policy Analyst and Special Assistant to the Director at the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB). Expertise includes corporate strategy, organizational transformation, financial services consulting, market analysis, and consumer finance policy.

Megan serves as the VP of Strategic Partnerships & Portfolio Management at Unitus Community Credit Union, managing partnerships, project management, community development, and financial education teams. She leads key organizational initiatives, including community outreach and cross-organizational collaborations. Previous roles at Unitus include AVP Loan Administration and Loan Operations & Servicing Manager. Prior experience includes managing bankruptcy specialists at IBM Seterus. Fluent in Spanish, her expertise includes strategic partnerships, credit union leadership, project management (Agile), community development, and lending operations.

His background includes roles at the Federal Home Loan Bank of Seattle (resolving distressed institutions, economic analysis) and Pacific Gas and Electric. He holds an MS in Agricultural Economics from UC-Davis and a BS in Economics from Iowa State University and previously chaired the Northwest Credit Union Association Board.
