Holding an MBA in Sustainable Entrepreneurship and a Master’s in Environmental Studies/Writing\, he continues to drive Business Impact NW’s mission to support and uplift every small business owner.  \nNgan Phan Loan Officer \n \n  \n  \n  \n  \n  \n  \n  \n  \nNgan Phan is a Loan Officer at Business Impact NW.
