The Loan Readiness Center (LRC) provides tailored advice and business loan training for entrepreneurs from underserved communities to access funding needed to start and grow their businesses.
We assist with lowering the barriers to funding with business coaching, financial coaching, financial planning, credit counseling, loan application preparation, trainings as well as connection to lenders and their products. Additionally, we have hubs in Pierce County and the Portland Metro Area to serve businesses throughout those regions as well.

Our Goals
- Facilitate qualifying and applying for funding for BIPOC, Latinx, minority, immigrant, women, and Veteran-owned businesses.
- Increase the number of loans and capital received by small businesses who traditionally experience barriers to funding

The Loan Readiness Center provides free one-on-one coaching to businesses that need support with financial management and acquiring funding. These businesses may have experienced barriers or have been denied funding. Our certified coaches help assess each business's unique needs and situations as they provide dedicated business loan training.
