Paige is an Idaho native and holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Boise State University.  In her free time\, she enjoys traveling\, staying active\, and exploring outdoors with her family and two dogs. \nThea Jordan – Director of Business Development & Marketing\, Frontier Resources \nThea Jordan joined Frontier in 2025 as Director of Business Development & Marketing\, bringing expertise in SBA lending\, marketing\, and strategic partnerships. As a former SBA Lender Relations & Economic Development Specialist\, and Program Director of the Idaho Women’s Business Center.
