Paige is an Idaho native and holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Boise State University.  In her free time\, she enjoys traveling\, staying active\, and exploring outdoors with her family and two dogs. \nThea Jordan – Director of Business Development & Marketing\, Frontier Resources \nThea Jordan joined Frontier in 2025 as Director of Business Development & Marketing\, bringing expertise in SBA lending\, marketing\, and strategic partnerships. As a former SBA Lender Relations & Economic Development Specialist\, and Program Director of the Idaho Women’s Business Center. She has spent over six years building collaborative ecosystems that connect businesses with the capital and resources they need to thrive. \nThea’s strength lies in her relationship-focused approach to business development.
