SUMMARY:Water Cooler Session 1: Farm Bookkeeping Basics – Setting up Your Chart of Accounts
DESCRIPTION:As a follow up to our recent “Farm Bookkeeping Basics” Business Expert Session with Jocelyn Campbell\, we are happy to have her back for 2 Water Cooler Sessions. Each of these sessions will have a general topic with a brief demonstration by Jocelyn\, but also act as an open forum for further questions and discussion\, much like a “water cooler” conversation. This event is free to attend\, but registration is required. \nThis session will cover general bookkeeping topics\, as well as how to set up your Chart of Accounts. We will have plenty of time for follow up discussions\, so bring your questions! \nAbout the presenter: Jocelyn Campbell has accumulated 30 years of professional bookkeeping experience\, ranging from her family’s small business to corporate account management. Since 2008 Jocelyn has worked to support family-owned and solopreneur sized businesses of all types\, with a special interest in farms and non-profits. Together with her daughter Emily\, they offer expanded bookkeeping\, payroll\, and payroll tax services\, in addition to Jocelyn’s QuickBooks and accounting consulting. Jocelyn’s services and expertise have been in high demand throughout the local farming community of the Puget Sound \n  \nThis session was recorded on 12/8/2021
