The Publish Your Website in 90 Minutes tutorial is an opportunity for entrepreneurs who are enrolled in the Empower by GoDaddy program to receive assistance publishing their website.

In this tutorial, we’ll walk you through creating your website. We hope you leave feeling confident with the tools and opportunity to expand your site in the future.

The first 30 minutes will focus on how to:

• Set up your website builder
• Create a beautiful header (or, you know, the pretty part)
• Write a description of who you are
• List what you offer
• Display your contact information

The second 30 minutes will focus on how to:

• Create product listings for your store
• Promote those products on your website
• Configure and charge the correct sales tax
• Take payments, send order confirmations, and process refunds
• Set up your shipping methods and communicate your policies
• Test and launch your e-commerce store

The final 30 minutes will focus on how to:

• Organize page navigation
• Adding and optimizing valuable content sections
• Getting found on Google
• Protecting yourself and your website
• Publishing your website

• You already have a website and want to transfer your hosting to GoDaddy, or you already have a GoDaddy account and want to take advantage of the 2-years of free domain and website hosting option. We will go over instructions on how to contact GoDaddy to transfer your hosting.

• You have chosen Basic Managed WordPress as your website hosting, but you still need assistance setting up your landing page. This session only supports enrollees using the GoDaddy Website Builder, but we can discuss other support options for those using Basic Managed WordPress.

• If you are having any issues redeeming your code. We will schedule a 1:1 meeting to walk you through the process.
