Together you will explore how mindset, attitude, and your personal growth goals can be addressed. 2019 Mindset: Sometime we find ourselves focusing our attention on the outside jumping to solve one problem and the next without any structure or focus. When our attention is focused on meeting outside needs and demands, we are inherently less stable because we are tugged in one direction It’s easy to get confused, lost, and demotivated when this happens. When we come from our center, our core, we are more stable and grounded b/c we place ourselves in the center of all activity. We come from a place of strength, clarity, and purpose. When we come from these places work happens with more ease (less effort) and more joy, which translates to a more sustainable position. Many of the tools I’ll show you can be used in making decisions, solve problems, prioritize action items, and even mundane things like planning a meeting.
