Did you know that every business is a treasure trove of unrealized sales and profit? Doing what you are already doing, you can increase your cash flow with a few simple shifts. Attend this event if you want to learn strategies that can put $10k+ in your bank account.
We’ll start by talking about leads (or prospects), they are the fuel for any business from restaurants to an attorney’s office. This is the first point in the sales process that eventually results in a sale. A business with an effective lead-generation process will dramatically increase its probability of success. And, if you feel like you have lead generation down, don’t forget there are always more effective ways to get a higher quality and quantity of leads!
Then we’ll look at conversion and transactional strategies. All customers go through a process of determining when and from whom to buy. This is their decision-making process – they gather information and make choices during this phase. Here, we think about ways you can connect with your future customers/clients in a way that builds trust and establishes a relationship so that when they are ready to buy, they buy from you.
Lastly, the quickest way to profitability is to sell more stuff to the same people. You’ve heard it before… it’s easier to keep customers than to find new ones. I’ll share some nontraditional ways to keep customers engaged with you or reactivate past buyers.
This presentation is not about advertising on Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, or Google. The strategies presented will cost you nothing to implement and you’ll be able to start using them in your business immediately.
We will focus on 5 major areas:
and More Profits
About the Presenter:
In 2012 Amanda Bedell launched a pop-up bakery and scaled it to a retail and manufacturing facility with 15 employees. As they grew, Amanda continued to think the paycheck she deserved was just around the next corner of growth.
The problem is that the next stage of growth came but the cash flow didn’t.
She exited the business exhausted and broke. … Over the last few years, Amanda has been a sponge soaking up the accounting and financial management techniques of large companies, merging it with her marketing and employee management background and coming up with business solutions that create RESULTS for micro-businesses to ensure you never break as she did.
