We’ll discuss what banks will ask for, general underwriting metrics, how to prepare and clarify some key terms you’ll hear along the way.

About the Presenter:

Matt Hrdlicka is a Portfolio Manager with Columbia Bank’s Seattle Commercial Banking Team, serving the full banking needs of a select group of commercial and nonprofit clients. He has significant nonprofit and commercial underwriting and credit structuring experience. Matt has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and a Master’s degree in Finance from Seattle University. Outside of work, Matt serves on the boards of Team Read and the Puget Sound Chapter of the Risk Management Association.
