Business Expert Session: Disability Inclusion and Accessibility 2022
December 31, 2025

The inclusion revolution is here!
In this presentation, we will discuss how disability is diversity. Disability is not only diverse itself in that no disability is alike, but disability also intersects with every other identity in which one can hold. The diverse range of disabilities automatically means a diverse range of access needs.Providing access for the disability community is not only equitable but leads to inclusion as well. Disability needs to be incorporated into the DEI conversation.
We will address the importance of accessibility and ways to begin incorporating access into your best practices. Increasing your accessibility can remove barriers for the largest minority in the world. Accessibility begins with education and understanding as anyone can become a part of this community at any time.
