If you are in business and growing, this workshop will provide a framework to help you evaluate different expansion paths for your business, whether you are thinking about expanding your products and services, pursue new markets or customer types, or consider potential partnerships with other businesses. This practical class will be discussion-based with examples of choices businesses made and the outcomes. Participants are encouraged to bring real-life scenarios being considered by their business for discussion during the workshop.
