Office & Events Administrator

Position Summary

The Office Administrator position is an integral part of the Business Impact NW team. We are looking for our next team player willing to jump in and take on a variety of tasks and responsibilities. The Office Administrator position will directly contribute to the organization’s mission by supporting all departments’ administration needs (30%), providing event logistics and coordination (30%), creating and maintaining office systems (20%), performing basic front office activities (10%), and assisting the Chief Operating Officer on office-wide projects (10%).

Chief Credit Officer

Position Summary
Reporting to the CEO, the Chief Credit Officer is responsible for the overall credit management and risk performance of Business Impact NW. The Chief Credit Officer manages all aspects of credit administration including: originations, credit underwriting, booking, funding and servicing for all loan products. The position is also responsible for implementing BIN’s loan policy and risk management for each loan and the loan portfolio.  Applicant should have some experience with CDFIs or community lending, and nonprofits.
